Production and Quality Control Supervisor in Vocational Rehabilitation
The Production and Quality Control Supervisor support vocational rehabilitation programs by ensuring that training and production meet established quality and compliance standards.


The Role
  • Collaboration: Work with the production team and external customers to address quality concerns and improve processes.
  • Administrative Tasks in collaboration with the Production Manager and other production team members.
  • Quality Control Support: Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards for vocational training and production environments.
  • Inspection & Testing: Perform routine inspections, tests, and quality checks on production outputs to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Defect Identification: Identify and document product or component material quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in quality control, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of quality control or production experience in a manufacturing, rehabilitation, or vocational setting.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of inspection standards, QC/QA procedures, and ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
    • Proficiency with MS Office software.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability  to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
  • Certifications: QC/QA, HACCP, or related industry certifications may be preferred.
Work Environment
  • Works in a production or vocational training facility, as part of the production team.
  • Requires adherence to safety protocols and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Involves physical tasks such as handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining work areas.
Evaluation Criteria
Performance will be assessed on:
  • Accuracy and timeliness of quality inspections and reports.
  • Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Contribution to improving training and production quality.
  • Training Support: Assist in preparing training materials, equipment, and environments to meet standards.
  • Reporting: Complete detailed reports and performance records to support quality assurance and program evaluation.
