Jewish Vocational Service of Metrowest is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our Workforce Development team. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Workforce Development, this position is responsible for recruitment, maintaining day-to-day operations to ensure programs and services are achieving impactful outcomes for trainees and employer partners.
This position ensures recruitment goals are met while building meaningful relationships with potential participants and community partners.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates to the programs
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, events, and community visits
- Represents the organization at recruitment events such as job fairs, information sessions, open houses, and community events
- Assists in building partnerships with organizations to expand recruitment channels
- Coordinates and maintains liaison with referral sources resulting in recruitment of trainees for training programs
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials
- Screen applicants for various workforce development training opportunities
- Complete onboarding process with trainees which includes assessments, intakes, interviews, and registration
- Maintain and track database of individual’s served and progress of goals
- Maintain communication with leads through email and phone
- Provide personalized follow-up and support to prospective participants through the application process
- Prepare, provide, and maintain program and department data
- Provide program outcomes and reports for major stakeholders by established deadlines
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Ensure enrollment numbers meet targets identified by leadership
- Performs other duties as needed
- Experience working in adult education or job training programs
- Familiarity with trauma informed practices and holistic student support models
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management tools, and CRM systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel locally
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of community resources
- Motivated, self-starter
Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or recruitment
- 1-2 years of experience in workforce development
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
